From zero to 90% client retention.
I started Loud Launch with no portfolio and built everything a studio needs: the brand, the prices, the contracts and the first site. Then I managed a team of 5 through launches in health, coaching, apparel, architecture and engineering, and kept about 90% of clients.

The brief
Learn web development by doing it for paying clients. Build a studio people would trust before it had any work to show.
I did the plan and the making myself: who the studio was for, what it charged, how it sold, and the site that said all of that.
Strategy and craft, side by side
Strategy
The outer line: what I decided.
- Ran the business end to end: won clients, set prices, wrote contracts, and kept roughly 90% of clients
- Client goals turned into campaign briefs and channel plans
- Campaigns built to fit fixed client budgets
- Work assigned and reviewed from discovery through launch
Craft
The inner line: what I made.
- Logo and brand
- The studio website, with every price on the page
- The hero film and launch loops
- Shoots and behind-the-scenes content for clients
